Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $8.99.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return: burned candles, used wax melts, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@CraftyPop.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Drop the package off at any USPS location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund - your choice.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
